1. Acceptance
By accessing and using UtilityDock, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the tools
The tools are free to use for personal and commercial development work, and no attribution is required for output you produce with them. The site itself — its code, design and written content — remains the property of its author and may not be copied or redistributed.
3. The assistant
The assistant is powered by third-party language models and is provided as a convenience. Its answers are generated, not verified, and language models state incorrect things with confidence. Do not rely on its output for anything consequential without checking it. This applies with particular force to security advice, cryptography and anything you are about to run against production.
Messages you send there are transmitted to third-party providers, as set out in the privacy policy. Do not submit credentials, personal data or confidential material. You are responsible for what you send.
Usage is rate limited, and the feature may be changed, restricted or withdrawn at any time — it depends on free third-party capacity that is not guaranteed. The tools themselves are unaffected by this and remain unrestricted.
Do not use the assistant to generate unlawful, abusive or infringing content, and do not attempt to use it as a general-purpose API. Automated or scripted access is not permitted.
4. No warranty
The tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
This matters more than the usual boilerplate suggests. Validators here catch structural problems, not every problem: a Compose file that passes the validator can still fail to start, and a generated Kubernetes manifest still needs review against your own cluster's policies before it is applied. Treat every output as a starting point to be checked, not as an authority.
5. Limitation of liability
In no event shall the author be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use these tools, including any loss of data or business interruption.
6. Accuracy
Materials on this site may contain technical or typographical errors. We do not warrant that any content is accurate, complete or current, and may change it at any time without notice.
7. Availability
The site is offered without any uptime commitment and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Tools you have already loaded continue to work offline, which limits the impact of that considerably.
8. Third-party services
The site includes Google AdSense, Vercel Analytics, and — on the assistant page only — OpenRouter and Cloudflare Turnstile. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. See our privacy policy for what each of them receives.
9. Governing terms
These terms may be revised at any time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
