UtilityDock is built and maintained by Unnis Mohan. There is no support team and no ticket system — messages go to one inbox and are answered by the person who wrote the code.

A tool is giving the wrong answer
This is the most useful message you can send. Include what you put in, what came out, and what you expected instead. Every tool here runs in your browser, so also mention which browser and version — a handful of behaviours differ between engines, particularly around image encoding and regular expressions.
A tool you wish existed
The roadmap is driven by what people search for and do not find. Searches that return no result are already counted, but a message explaining the actual task is far more useful than a keyword, because it usually reveals that the tool you want is not quite the one you asked for.
Privacy questions
Requests about data held on you, or questions about anything in the privacy policy, come to the same address. The short version is that tool input is never transmitted, so in almost every case the answer is that there is nothing held to request — but ask, and you will get a straight answer rather than a form.
Advertising and business
The site carries advertising through Google AdSense. Enquiries about direct placement, sponsorship or anything commercial can go to the same address.
Security
If you have found something with security implications — a way to make a tool leak input, or anything that undermines the claim that processing stays local — please write before publishing, and it will be treated as a priority.
Response times
This is a side project maintained by one person, so replies take days rather than hours, and sometimes longer during busy periods. Bug reports that include reproduction steps are dealt with fastest, because they can be acted on without a round trip.
What will not get a reply
Guest-post offers, link-exchange requests and unsolicited SEO services are deleted unread. The site does not publish sponsored content and does not sell links.
